Mastercard, Visa or Switch credit cards are acceptable but not American Express or Diners cards. If customers prefer not to send their credit card details by E-mail they should use either of the other secure methods of communication suggested. You have the right to cancel within seven days of ordering, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order your payment will be returned. All goods must be returned by post in as-new condition. Return shipping fees are not included in this refund policy.
In response to many customers’ requests a facility whereby each title is sent automatically to those who wish to collect every Warpaint book in the series has been established. New publications are sent immediately they are available from the printers. Readers wishing to take part in this scheme should send their credit card details and address to the publishers whereupon an acknowledgement is issued. Changes of address and credit card details if and when changed must be sent to the publishers as otherwise responsibility for non-delivery cannot be accepted.
The publishers are very pleased to accept retail or wholesale orders from the trade. A discount rate of one third off the recommended retail price is available for orders under 100 copies at any one time. Over 100 copies and a discount rate of 40 per cent is applied. All trade orders are subject to Parcel Force postage in the UK or air freight charges overseas. Mercury Air Freight International is used for all overseas orders unless specified by the customer. The prefered terms of business are by credit card transaction charged at the time of dispatch. Any other requirements are subject to negotiation.
